Lately, I've been inspired. Maybe it's the 10,000 words I cut from my book (now officially accepted! Woohoo!), or maybe it's just the realization that we have Too. Much. Stuff. So I've been clearing my space, friends, and have I got some goodies for you.
Namely, art supplies. Do you need oil paints? Turpentine? Back issues of The Artist Magazine? How about pastels, paper, pencils, canvas, or a never-touched airbrush kit?
I'm being ruthless, folks. If you live in or around Seattle and can pick stuff up, I'm willing to part with it for free, or practically free (especially if I know and love you). So leave a comment or send me an email, and we'll talk. Or you can just stop by with cookies, and I'll be Sculpey in your hands.
Speaking of art and graphics, I have a super-cool, super-exclusive series next week from the fabulous Sara Easterly, author and former SCBWI WWA co-Regional Advisor extraordinaire, on creating graphic novels. Hope you enjoy!
